Frequently Ask Questions

  • We do accept Medicare. If you have Medicare we will bill for medically necessary services. We are considered an out-of-network provider with all other insurance companies and do not bill insurance directly. However, we’re happy to provide a superbill—an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.

    Superbills are available at the beginning of each month upon request.

    Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, so we recommend contacting your insurance provider to learn more about your specific out-of-network physical therapy benefits.

  • Yes!

  • I can see you for coaching.

    Physical therapists must be licensed in the state where the client is located at the time of service.

    Breast Cancer Coaching and wellness services are not considered licensed healthcare services and may be available regardless of location.

  • We accept cash, checks and major credit and debit cards, in addition to FSA and HSA cards.

  • North Carolina is a direct access state which means that you do not need a prescription from a doctor to obtain physical therapy. However, we can and will remain in close contact with your doctor if you choose. We prefer to stay in contact with your oncology team to work collaboratively.
