INSURANCE & PAYMENT
Medicare accepted
I am a participating Medicare provider. You will receive an intake where you will enter your medicare details and we will bill Medicare directly for medically necessary services.
What Medicare covers
Medicare covers physical therapy services deemed medically necessary. The following services are not covered by Medicare and will be billed at the standard rate:

If you have questions about what your visits will include and whether they qualify for coverage, I'm happy to talk it through before we get started.
Out of network with other insurers
Payment is collected at the time of service. I provide a detailed superbill after each visit that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
